This beautiful mother of one is the owner of My Siesta Wellness Center. Jennifer has been doing body work since 1993, working as a Reiki Practitioner, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Wellness Coach. She loves assisting individuals through spiritual awakenings, teaching the power of energy work and how to implement it into daily life. As she has worked many years in massage, she now is pursuing Wellness Coaching and focusing on leading the My Siesta team! This coaching involves hands on energy work, smudging, and much more, taking place at the Center or within client homes.
For years, she has worked with clients suffering from illness and trauma. It is her goal to lead people to the realization of their own potential, showing them that they can reframe their energy. “You are never stuck where you are and can expand your physical, emotional, and spiritual health in order to respond to negative and challenging situations with ease and flow.”
